- Works remotely. I live in the US, he is in Australia, this was never an issue. Rob works remotely, which is how anyone no matter where they are located would have to work on internet servers anyway. Really a non-issue.
- Trust worthy and honest. Rob has worked on my Paypal and other modules in which it was necessary to give him account info. I never once worried about it. He is the most trust worthy and honest person I have ever done business with.

"I just love oscommerce,. It’s free, easy to use and you can get all these ad-ons. Most things can be done by novices but often there are features that require a bit or even a lot of skills. I am good with the very basics, but Rob is the special. I found out about him through some rave reviews and comments left by other members of oscommerce and decided to give him a go. Rob did PHP coding and SQL work which I would never have been able to work out myself, nor was available in packages from oscommerce. He did the job on time and on budget.
